Strathcona County has a new series of workshops is for you!
Together, Elk Island Public Schools, Elk Island Catholic Schools, New Horizon, Alberta Health Services and Family and Community Services, are offering FREE educational presentations for parents and caregivers from September to May. Workshop topics include adolescent development, youth depression and self-injury, promoting success in learning, sleep hygiene, test anxiety, breaking the cycle of anxiety, and more.
